BetStats Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the BetStats mobile application (the "App") operated by BetStats ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BetStats is a sports analytics and research tool covering MLB, NBA, WNBA, NFL, and major soccer competitions. The App provides:

• Player statistics and performance data across MLB, NBA, WNBA, NFL, and soccer
• Player consistency rankings and scoring algorithms
• Parlay suggestions based on historical performance analysis
• Betting odds from third-party sportsbooks for informational purposes
• Head-to-head matchup analysis and game data
• League leaders, standings, playoff brackets, and trend overlays across supported sports

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

• Player statistics, odds, and prop lines are sourced from third-party APIs and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies.
• Consistency scores, parlay suggestions, and hit rates are based on historical data analysis and do not guarantee future performance.
• Odds and lines change frequently. The odds displayed in the App may not reflect the current odds offered by any sportsbook at the time you view them.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on information provided by the App.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App requires a paid subscription to access its features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple.
• Available plans: Monthly ($9.99/month) and Yearly ($99.99/year).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be made through Apple.
• Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the App
• Share your subscription or promo codes with others
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, algorithms, scoring systems, and original content, is the intellectual property of BetStats. Team logos, player names, and statistics are the property of their respective owners and leagues. Odds data is provided by third-party sportsbooks through licensed APIs. BetStats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the Women's National Basketball Association, the National Football League, any soccer league or competition shown in the App, or any of their respective teams.

9. Third-Party Services

The App displays data from ESPN, NBA.com, MLB Stats API, and the Odds API. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by these third-party services. These services may change, become unavailable, or modify their data at any time, which may affect the App's functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not liable for any financial losses related to betting decisions made using information from the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetStats from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top when changes are made.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
